GDPR – principles of personal data processing

The administrator of your personal data is ELSYMCO s.r.o., with its registered office at Prague 6 – Suchdol, K Roztokům 321/34, 165 00, ID 28505026, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 146463 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator", "we").

We process your personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

The administrator did not appoint a person called a dpo in charge. 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU. You can contact the Controller at any time at the following e-mail address: info@elsymco.com. The Controller operates a website www.elsymco.cz where the processing of personal data may take place.

Please note that you have the following rights under the Regulation:

• • • cancel the sending of commercial communications at any time,

• • • object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest to the following e-mail address: info@elsymco.com,

• • • request information from us about what personal data we process about you, request a copy of the processed personal data,

• • • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,

• • • request us to delete this personal data, we will delete it, unless it is contrary to applicable law or our legitimate interests,

• • • to data portability, if it is an automated processing due to the performance of a contract,

• • • effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of the Regulation,

• • • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Order and performance from the purchase contract

What we process and why:

As part of ordering goods and performing from the contract, in order to be able to provide you with the ordered goods and thus fulfill the subject of our contract, we will process the following personal data of yours:

• name, surname - address

• e-mail address - order details 

• phone number - invoicing data

We will also store your data for the purpose of recording the contract and possible future exercise of the rights and obligations of the parties.

For how long:

We will keep the data for a period of 10 years from the implementation of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless we are required by another legal regulation to keep the contractual documentation for a longer period.

What it allows us to do:

This is allowed by Article 6(6). 1 point. b), c) and f) of the Regulation – this is the processing necessary for the performance of a contract, for the fulfilment of our legal obligations and for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

Commercial communications and news

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, we can send you news related to our activities to your e-mail address, this procedure is enabled by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless you refuse it.

These commercial communications can be unsubscribed at any time in any way – for example, by sending an e-mail to the address: info@elsymco.com or by clicking on the link in the given commercial communication.

What we process and why:

We use cookies on our site. We have them here for the following reasons:

• measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding traffic and visitor behavior on the website;
• the functioning of the website.

For how long:

Cookies are stored for the period specified below for each type of cookie.

What it allows us to do:

The collection of cookies for the purpose of measuring attendance and creating statistics may be considered as the processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the basis of a legitimate reason – legitimate interest, and is permitted by Article 6 para. 1 letter f) of the Regulation.

The website can also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of data on the behavior of website visitors – this mode can either be set within the browser settings, or it is possible to object to such collection on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, by sending an email to: info@elsymco.com. 

Your objection will be evaluated without delay.

If you object to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, the full functionality and compatibility of the website cannot be guaranteed in such a case.

Cookies that are collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding traffic and behavior of visitors to the site are assessed in the form of a collective whole and in an anonymous form that does not allow the identification of an individual.

The collected cookies are also processed in Google Analytics. The collected cookies are then processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the policies.google.com/privacy. In the case 

of consent to marketing cookies, visitor data is processed by Google Signals primarily for the purpose of advertising personalization.
