The sales contract is formed between the buyer and the relevant sales partner and is governed by that partner's own terms and conditions — including price, payment terms, delivery, warranty, complaints handling, and the consumer's right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national consumer protection law. Elsymco s.r.o. is not a party to that contractual relationship. Individual commercial or wholesale supply arrangements (for example, with property developers) are governed by a separately negotiated agreement.
